Poem: Carnival Evening

Photo:Late afternoon in Lijiang, Yunnan, China, 2005.

Carnival Evening

Gathered shoulders
drop, causes topple,
broken feet forgive.
Dropped bolt bursts
shallows, crowds hoop.

Wordle from Oct. 16 The Sunday Whirl: shoulder, gathered, shallows, drop, bolt, burst, topples, causes, feet, broken, dancing, hoops, forgive.  I am late on this week's wordle but here it is anyway.

Peggy, I love how you can write to these wordles so concisely. Nice.

I liked reading the words and how they sound together, Peggy. I've stopped trying so hard to understand wordles. I will just enjoy them read out loud.
